With over 15 years in the business, I’ve built a wide network of talented hospitality professionals. I can’t say this enough: great staff is everything. Not every bartender is right for every bar — matching the right people to the right place is the single most important decision you’ll make. Once you have the right team, proper training is next. I bring over eight years of experience training dozens of staff across multiple venues — focusing on solid bar technique, executing unique cocktail and wine menus, and staying fully compliant with Department of Health standards. But above all, I emphasize the real goal: giving every guest a great time, however that looks for your space.
